Out to Sea from Koh Phi Phi

Taken from onboard the boat taking us away from this beautiful island, and on to the next stop. We were hard to miss with this bright red deck against the water.

Out to Sea from Koh Phi Phi

Not Your Boat

Taken near Koh Phi Phi in Thailand. This guy just wanted to tie up to our boat for awhile and hang out. It wasn’t our boat, we just happened to be in the same place at the same time. I do have to admit, it was certianly more colorful than the boat we were on.

Longtail Boats

The colorful ribbons on the front of longtail boats in Thailand are to protect the boat and it’s passengers and ensure a save voyage.  My trip was safe and the voyage was amazing.  This line up of boats was on the islands of Koh Phi Phi.  The water was perfectly clear and the beach itself was just pristine!

At the Helm

Our trusty captain after a day of diving in Thailand, taking us safely back to shore.

South Siam 3

This is the liveaboard dive boat I was on while in the Similan Islands. It was awesome coming back to the ship after a late afternoon dive when the sun was starting to set. This trip had some of the best diving I had ever seen.

The Lionfish

Your friend and mine, the lionfish. Just don’t touch him, he is quite poisonous. These guys were everywhere when I was scuba diving by the Similan Islands off Thailand.
