Even the zombies are coming out to roam the neighborhood this Halloween!

The crazy lights on this scary pumpkin head are enough to make you jump as you walk by. This was taken last year at the No Mercy Cemetery in Mountain View, as the No Mercy is no more. The people that put it on moved away so there weren’t any decorations on the lawn this year, but the previous years made it worth doing one more tribute.

My neighborhood is always full of Halloween spirit. This ghost on the corner isn’t looking for trouble, he is just hanging around on a moonlit night. The contrasting light really gives him a spooky look against the fall evening. Happy Halloween!

With Halloween right around the corner I wanted to find something a little spooky to post today. The morning I took this it was really foggy and the sunrise looked more like a creepy moon. I love the mild winters in Northern California and these foggy mornings are something that I have to look forward to break up the many days of sunshine we get in a row during the summer!
